Okay, so he came and took my phone! Didn’t even give me the option of finishing…one second I am typing and the next – poof – no phone! So, when you schedule your RMR be sure to not bring your phone…or likely a book…or really anything! Just plan on sitting there and breathing for 30 minutes. But…I guess that is better than 40 seconds on the leg press.
